Our chubby 12 1/2 lb baby

Cadence gone from 6 lb 15 oz. at birth to 12 lb 7 oz. at 2 months! And she's now 23 inches long (she was 20.5 at birth).
I know the lighting isn't very good here but she's making the funniest face! Sean thinks this is the dark side of our baby.

Look at that belly! And she's starting to look at the camera when I take pictures of her.

Cadence's Baby Blessing

The blessing was beautiful, Sean was a little nervous but he did great. We had a big circle with uncles, great uncles, grandpas and great grandpas. We were so glad that John and Stacey would be there with their cute family. We missed the Asays and Steven and Alisha and can't wait for Elder Justin and Elder Brady Sjoblom to meet their beautiful niece. Cadence was a little angel all day even though I'm sure she was uncomfortable in that fancy, scratchy dress. We feel so blessed to have her in our lives and can't wait to meet all of her brothers and sisters. (Well, we can wait a little while...)

Cadence hugging her uncle Rob.

I always tease Sean and say I wish that he liked being a dad. ( He LOVES it! )
Grandpa Chapman stole her headband. Who wore it best?
She finally got to meet her aunt Stacey.
Eating lunch in our back yard.
Kaylee and Brooklyn are photogenic even when they're eating.
Everyone wants to be close to her.
Mom feeding her little princess.
Uncle Ryan feeding Cadence.

My baby is growing! (and getting very chubby)

So, this is obviously not my baby, but the bows that I made for her. I looked a one my sister Trina made and went from there. I was quite pleased with the final product. ( The white one was for her baby blessing. )

Take a look at those chubby legs!

She has just recently started eating her hands a lot.
Isn't she adorable!

Twine Hut Hike

We hiked up to the twine hut behind my parents' house back in June when Cadence was just a few weeks old. This is me holding Cadence on one of the many levels of the hut.

The sunset on our way down was beautiful!
Our WHOLE family in the twine hut. ( Sean is still wearing the baby carrier.)

Sean carried her up in this pack and she went right to sleep. She just flopped around like a rag doll, it was so cute!
