Halloween

Here are some pictures from Halloween and the few weeks leading up to it.

This was our family on Halloween. We had a little party with the Chapman family.

While we were at Grandma and Grandpa Sjoblom's house (on Halloween) Cadence's aunt Kaylee put this silly wig on her head and I thought it was pretty cute. Cadence didn't seem to mind.

Here's her flower costume. Isn't she just a little ray of sunshine?

Cadence and her cousins Aryana (princess) and Josie (chick).

The traditional doughnut's on a string...
My hat was wanting to fall off.

Here we have our lovely vampire pumpkin family. Cadence did help by sitting on my lap while I painted her pumpkin.

We went on a picture scavenger hunt and here are some of the pictures from it. (All taken at Walmart)

In this picture we were supposed to find Spongebob underwear. We found were they should have been but apparently they were out of stock so we took a picture with the rack where they went.

Just a few pictures of Cadence and Mom.

She always opens her mouth when I get close to her face and open mine.

More Wonderful News!

We finally closed on our house! We got the keys yesterday and we should be able to move in no later that Dec. 3rd (after the tenants move out.) We are so thankful that we were able to get the loan, it was crazy to the last second and it's truly a miracle!

GREAT NEWS!!!

Sean took his DAT again this morning and did a great job! He got a 17 last time and this time he got a 20 which is much better! We should have no problem getting into dental school now. Thanks for all the prayers!

Our Fall so far

Our little gymnist. She LOVES grabbing her feet and rolling back and forth. It's pretty cute.

We've recently started feeding Cadence cereal, she seems to like it a lot!

We haven't gotten a high chair yet, which is why she's sitting in a little walker thing. It works for now.
Eating must have really worn her out because she is out cold.

Update

Sean was planning to take the DAT on Sept. 24th but something came up that would have made that day difficult so we set the date for Oct. 15th. He's feeling better about it this time as he's used a few new (better) resources to study and he has gone over a lot of the material that was confusing to him in his classes this semester. We have high hopes and would greatly appreciate your prayers on his behalf. Also, we are hoping things will go through with the house that we have under contract. Things are a little iffy with the financing right now, but we'll keep everyone posted on what happens there. We are so blessed to have so much wonderful supportive family and so many good friends, we love you all!

Cadence is almost 4 months...

We always laugh when we're taking her shirt off and it gets stuck on her head, so this time we took some pictures to remember it.

Sean is the cutest Dad. He loves playing with his little princess.

Look at that skinny little neck, so cute!

This is just a great picture of Sean, he's a great Dad and a very good looking husband!

Cadence has just started to discover her hands and what they can do. She loves to pull anything she can to her mouth and if there's nothing in her hands ( like a toy, my arm or hand, a blanket or a burp cloth ) then she's pretty satisfied with just her hands. She's also started grabbing her toys and batting at them when she's in her swing. She has one little pink toy dog with long skinny legs and big feet and she loves to grab the feet and shove them in her mouth. Last night she was watching Sean play a video game and she started moving her hands all around trying to imitate what he was doing. What a cutie pie!

Here we have the lovely bald spot...
